We were initially shocked by how quickly she was able to get things moving and couldn’t have been happier with the end results.Linda’s connections with a roster of tradespeople, lawyers, and other professionals was impressive; we particularly enjoyed working with the recommended home inspector, legal team, and electrician. This was at a time when the Ottawa real estate market was hot and in extremely high demand! We were getting nervous just hearing about other people's experiences of bid wars, their frustration and feeling of hopelessness. And then we met Linda!Linda has been absolutely phenomenal in helping us navigate this crazy market. She was calm, patient, responsive and very accommodating. She took the time to understand our requirements properly and advised us on next steps without being pushy. She shared very valuable insights about the home, location, neighborhood - good and bad. If we had any questions, she would get on her phone rightaway and make sure we get an answer! She never rushed us into anything and at times when we would get caught in the market frenzy and tried to rush, she would help us take a step back and review our decision properly. We saw close to 40 homes with her, some that were probably out of our budget too but she never seemed to mind and instead encouraged us to take our time and see as many homes as we could even in the crazy market. We thought this was extremely professional of her because we had heard about other people's experiences with their realtors and how they got pushed into taking a hasty decision during this period.We would love to work with Linda again in the future and would highly recommend her to everyone![read more]

She really watches out for you and makes sure that your best interests are being looked after. She isn’t in the business just to make money. She really values helping her clients find the right home for themselves. She is also very well organized and always on top of everything. She is extremely knowledgeable about the real estate market in Ottawa and has a wide source of contacts that you can use while going through the purchase (mortgage brokers, real estate lawyers, repair personnel etc). I can’t recommend Linda enough. Even after the sale was finished she has still made herself available to answer any questions and give advice when needed.
